Taitung Area Benchmark Schools Midterm Implementation Exchange and Sharing Session for the 113th School Year

The theme of this semester's curriculum initiative shared by the large and small schools today is "Listening to the King's Story", which includes four major units, namely Unit 1 "The Past and Present Life of Taimari - Taking the Time Tunnel Machine" Local Ecological Aesthetics Course, Unit 2 "The Mountains and Forests Vuvu Takes Us Through" wall mosaic brick campus art installation project, Unit 3 "Recreating Taimali - Local Music" music experience class, Unit 4 "Invisible Mountains and Forests - Plant Ancestral Spirits" Light and Shadow Drama International Exchange Class, etc. . Among them, the international exchange object of Unit 4 is the Shiga University Elementary School in Japan. The main focus of the curriculum innovation plan shared by Dawu Elementary School today is the design of cultural and creative souvenirs for the students celebrating the 120th anniversary of the school, as well as the content of diversified self-compiled teaching materials. Cultural and creative souvenirs are all designed by students themselves, including T-shirts, badges, desk calendars and other items; the diversified self-compiled teaching materials include handmade paper, indigo dyeing, indigo cutting, oil paintings, hand-engraved seals, picture book storyboards, and self-compiled graduation materials by students. In the final comprehensive discussion stage of this exchange meeting, it is expected that a preparatory event for the results exhibition of the "Taitung Region Cross-Field Aesthetic Education Learning Community and Community Organization Activities" will be planned between March and April next year (2025).
