Lecture content:
- Teacher Lin Xuanhong, the person in charge of Lacquer Painting School, introduced the cake ceremony: combining Fengyuan's two famous products - lacquerware and cakes - in the form of a tea ceremony.
- Through the cake ceremony, teachers and students can experience what eating etiquette is and experience its significance.
- After the cake road experience, students continued to experience painting creations using Fengyuan imagery - gourds. At the same time, teacher partners and Professor Huang Ruishong conducted cross-field course planning discussions.
Thoughts and feedback:
- Through field transformation, students generally show better concentration than in classroom environments.
- The pastry experience activity helps students better understand the purpose of this project - to experience the aesthetics of life through eating etiquette.
- It is hoped that through the cake-making experience, students can bring ritual aesthetics into the design of the teacher appreciation banquet that will be held.
- Professor Huang suggested that the project team
- Courses should be designed with more life-oriented goals, such as nutritious lunches, to better demonstrate the meaning of life aesthetics, rather than just a short-lived event (teacher appreciation banquet).
- This course plan should be designed as a module so that subsequent teams can use the existing framework to integrate into the course design to facilitate the promotion and application of this cross-field plan.
