As soon as the exhibition in the southern area ended, it went to the National Public Library in Taichung for a two-week exhibition, during which information sessions and workshops were held.
▲Professor Zhuang Minren explained the project funding to the teachers present
The seed school selection briefings on 4/9 and 4/12 were held in the International Conference Hall. Many professors from the Central District came to the scene to show their concern. The co-hosts of the project, Professor Zhuang Minren, Professor Lin Xiaoyu, and Professor Gao Zhenfeng, shared the outline of the project and explained the use of funds. Team leader Zhang Yaping of Taichung Municipal Shangshi Elementary School and team leader Xu Fengling of Taichung City Private Daming High School were invited to share the scene. Implementation experience allows participants to have a complete understanding of the plan. During the Q&A on the day, business managers from each county and city were on site to answer funding questions for each school in a timely manner, so that school teachers could have a more complete understanding of the use of funds.
▲Students embroidered their own emotional memories of Taichung on the embroidery frame.
▲Collect your favorite plants and flowers outdoors and make cyanotype patterns
On the Sunday of the traveling exhibition, two wonderful cross-field beauty enhancement courses were presented by Taichung Municipal Wenhua High School and Yunlin County Private Zhengxin Middle School. Wenhua High School's embroidery frame creation starts from understanding the characteristics of oneself and others, extending to the local emotions in Taichung, and creates beautiful embroidery works. Zhengxin Middle School led teachers to go outdoors, combine natural knowledge, collect plants and flowers, and arrange them into beautiful postcard patterns.
▲Teachers experience VR lesson plans at the exhibition venue, opening up new horizons for future education
The exhibition venue in Taichung is small but exquisite, condensing the essence of the cross-disciplinary aesthetic education in the narrow art corridor. During the briefing session, many teachers learned more about cross-field aesthetic education through the exhibition works, and brought their findings back to the classroom to share with more teachers and students.
The two-week touring exhibition of achievements has come to an end in Taichung, so stay tuned for the opening of the Hualien session!
