On 12/28, the cross-domain aesthetic education project "Central District Workshop (3) – SEL integrated cross-domain aesthetic curriculum design" was held at the Shetou Elementary School Library in Shetou Township, Changhua County. In the first session, teacher Lin Meihong from the Central Youth League Art and Literature Guidance Group started by encouraging self-dialogue and self-understanding, and used the prelude activity "Looking for the Lost Corner" to guide the teachers to write down their strengths and weaknesses on round paper. , and cut off the missing corner, and look for companions to communicate with. Then use Poe's self-generated AI to input the personal traits that you lack and possess to generate two corresponding virtual characters, and learn about yourself through this process. Then use real and virtual role play, combined with performing arts, to practice frustrations and problems related to daily life situations, and stimulate empathy among peers in the process.
In the second session, Professor Zhang Lianqiang from the National Taiwan University of Arts, a planner training teacher, guided the practice of drama therapy. Use warm-up physical activities to ask teachers to hold hands and tie them into knots, and first let everyone try to untie them in silence without communicating (without success), and then let everyone untie the knots in a state of communication, which is reflected in the willingness to share and discuss the knots. Opening knots faster. Next comes the main part, where teachers are asked to recall uncomfortable communications, scenes, language, and gestures, share them with their partners, and select the most difficult stories for role play and scene reconstruction. During the process, participants were asked to play three different roles: themselves, an opponent who conflicts with them, and a bystander, and then share their experiences. Participants are guided to re-enact scenes from the drama, see what happened to them from different perspectives, observe and reflect on themselves, and help them self-awareness and discover their own problems, effectively handle interpersonal relationships and make responsible decisions.
Professor Zhuang Minren also shared how the content of this workshop is connected with music, such as virtually generating a musician character, adding his or her musical style, related texts and creative concepts, and learning music history through this method. On-site teachers also gave feedback after the meeting, believing that the vivid and practical content of the workshop was extremely helpful for cross-domain learning and teaching methods.
