On July 1, 1967, the school was upgraded to the National Taiwan Normal University, with four colleges: Education, Liberal Arts, Science, and Art. After the establishment is expanded, the funds are increased and the equipment is improved day by day. It not only provides the school with a more diversified teacher training and teaching research environment, but also makes teaching, research, tutoring, administrative support and training more enriched and complete. Since the implementation of the "Teacher Training Act" in 1994, Taiwan has adopted a diversified policy for teacher training.
