Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health (English: Ching Kuo Institute of Management and Health), referred to as Ching Kuo Institute, is a technical college located in Neimushan, Keelung City, Taiwan. It is currently the only technical college in Keelung City that focuses on health care. Formerly known as the "Moral Education Nursing College", it was prepared in early 1965. The founders were Xue Jide, Guo Haixiang, Fang Zhonghao, and Fang Zhengzhong. The founding purpose of the school was "to meet social needs, adapt to world trends, and cultivate outstanding nursing talents to serve the public." In May 1967, the case was approved by the Ministry of Education. After several restructurings, it was restructured into a technical college in August 2002 and changed to its current name in November of the same year.
The various academic systems currently covered include: Daytime Department (Fourth Technical, Second Technical, and Fifth College), Continuing Education Department (Fourth Technical, Second Technical, and Second College), On-the-job Specialized Classes (Second Technical, Second Technical College), and Additional Continuing Education Departments The school and the College of Continuing Education have departmental features including health care, tourism and hospitality, and people’s livelihood applications. The school’s features include the Department of Catering and Culinary Arts Management, which has hosted state banquets for many years and has been highly praised by previous guests and has achieved great results in culinary arts competitions. The Department of Nursing where it was originally developed has an annual examination rate that is far better than the national average.
