After a written review by a selection committee composed of representatives of each learning stage, scholars and experts in arts, subjects, and education courses, the final selection meetings of the "Elementary School and Early Childhood Education Group" and the "Secondary Education Group" were held for comprehensive discussions. , the final selection of visiting teachers. In addition to the evaluation results, the final selection meeting will also consider the applicant's teaching stage, position, subject expertise, volunteer level and other balanced principles. After careful discussion, the list of teachers for the two countries' visiting delegations will be selected. A total of 44 and 22 candidates will be selected to visit South Korea and France respectively. Among them, the waiting list will be filled in order of high scores and will not be limited by the principle of balance.
It is hoped that educational personnel participating in aesthetic education-related projects at all learning stages can enhance the international perspective of Taiwanese teachers through international exchange and visit activities, thereby guiding students to diversify various aesthetic experiences and cultural knowledge, and develop their motivation and enthusiasm for spontaneous and active learning. , to cultivate core competencies and implement aesthetic education for all. After visiting teachers return to their countries, they will share their experience in classrooms and campuses through curriculum development, lectures, workshops and other activities based on their expertise, and even further dialogue and exchanges with communities and society to promote the benefits of expanding international visits.
