Taipei City Renai Elementary School, Fubon Cultural and Educational Foundation and Nanshan Theater have joined hands to launch the aesthetic education for elementary school students – a movie viewing cultural experience project. On the morning of Thursday, June 28, 2020, about 400 teachers and students from 14 classes of fifth grade in our school will walk to Nanshan Theater to watch "Winter Vacation Diary of Beihai Fishing Village" provided by Fubon Cultural and Educational Foundation. positive. The day's activities will include film viewing activities for teachers and students, post-screening discussions and teaching, and a signing and listing ceremony for the project alliance; Renai Elementary School and Fubon Cultural and Educational Foundation will jointly hold a press conference to explain the project content, and the school will present a Mountain Theater highlights the base commemorative door plate.

Taipei City Renai Elementary School’s Aesthetic Education Cross-Domain Curriculum-Cultural Experience Highlight Base Alliance Project is a plan that uses community cinemas as the highlight base and connects schools around the base to jointly develop cross-domain film viewing courses. School teachers lead students into community cinemas to experience the magic of movies. Through pre-viewing discussions, actual viewings and post-screening discussions, students are given the opportunity to experience culture and open up their diverse and broad horizons.

Renai Elementary School started this year by participating in the Ministry of Education’s cross-field aesthetic education experimental course plan to prepare for the literacy-oriented learning and teaching of the 108th new curriculum. Through the development and experimentation of a series of cross-field courses, our school introduces the resources of the Fubon Cultural and Educational Foundation to work with teachers to prepare lessons. Teachers then develop the curriculum and incorporate movie-watching experiences into school teaching activities. This project hopes to bring cultural experience to students through aesthetic education courses and cultivate the qualities of future citizens; and through industry-university cooperation, cross-industry alliances and community resource connections, we can jointly practice aesthetic education for students.

This project is jointly participated by education, culture and business. We hope to promote the experience of this cultural experience to all parts of Taiwan, promote imaging education to take root in local sites, establish long-term community-based imaging education programs, and promote Aesthetic education cultivates children’s civic qualities to adapt to changes in the new era.
