Energy-building lecture and briefing session before Japan group trip
2019/11/13
The final group of the "108th Annual Aesthetic Education Teachers' Overseas Training Visit" will set off this week! It is planned to hold an empowerment lecture and information session in early November to allow participating teachers to understand Japanese art education and the planning of this trip.
On the day of the event, Professor Gao Zhenfeng, co-host of the project from the Department of Visual Arts of Taipei City University, opened the event by explaining the purpose and key points of the overseas visit. Next, we invited Principal Zhang Xiujie of Lishan Elementary School in Taipei City and Hong Mengfen, a teacher from the art class of National Tainan No. 2 Middle School, to share their experience of visiting art education in Japan with participating teachers from different perspectives. We hope that in addition to providing teachers with a better understanding of Japan before visiting I have a deeper understanding of aesthetics education, and I hope that teachers can bring the content of this lecture and the experience of subsequent visits to Japan back to the teaching scene in Taiwan, and develop more interesting lesson plans with students. I wish all teachers who will visit Japan a safe and fruitful trip!
