Yuanchong Elementary School in Chiayi County─Listen~we "talk" about Van Gogh

"Aesthetics" is one of the core values of Chiayi County's campus culture. "Aesthetics" literally means "the feeling of beauty." Aesthetic experience is intuitive and ultra-utilitarian, including "natural beauty" and "artistic beauty" (Liu Fengrong, 2007; Zhu Guangqian, 2001). In educational practice, the so-called "beauty" refers to the beauty of art to a large extent. Through education, students can improve their ability to create and appreciate works of art, including music, art, literature, etc., and even "natural beauty" Things are also included in it, such as appreciating landscapes, which is the acquisition of "aesthetic experience" (Zhu Guangqian, 2001; Han Baode, 2004).
This concept is used as the design concept, starting from understanding Van Gogh's life, and studying Van Gogh's paintings and painting style. We look forward to the dialogue between students and Van Gogh, and then become Van Gogh's spokesperson, giving a guided tour of the paintings to explain the creative concepts and Inner context as a model for cross-domain learning.
