Based on the students’ life experience, we should explore which memories are traditional and which are the products of the new era? Are they more familiar with traditional things or novel things? What is precious or valuable about traditional culture or values? The value of preservation? It is hoped that through step-by-step curriculum design, students can feel the meaning and inheritance of these traditional cultures from the heart, and also carry the different stories of Taiwan. I hope that through the traditional table culture, students can understand Taiwan's precious culture, which is not only the meaning or blessing of food, the richness or deliciousness of the dishes, but also the purpose of precious friendship and emotional exchanges between people. In a society where human touch is becoming increasingly weak, we hope that students can feel from the course that relationships between people require communication and careful management, so that the emotions between family members can become closer.
