Let students start from Taiwan's landscape environment, understand their own geographical location in Taiwan, the beauty of Taiwan's local culture and humanities, and use the aesthetic design of images and the creation of cultural and creative products to make Taiwan's local beauty more life-like.
Students discover the beauty of Taiwan's local characteristics, and through observation, reinterpret and create design objects, think about what kind of beauty there is, and how to reinterpret designs in a simple, concise and creative way to present the purest beauty of various places in Taiwan. Using the concepts of image creation and aesthetics, and using Leiqie production, students are allowed to design local landscape features, landscape culture, and cultural and creative products that are close to life. Students must learn in-depth understanding of the humanities and features of Taiwan through geographical knowledge learning. Through the practice of image reinterpretation and aesthetic forms, students can learn the beauty of local culture through the process of brainstorming and hands-on experience in daily life objects. Echoing the core competencies of the 12-year national education, "Have the ability to plan and execute plans, explore and develop diverse professional knowledge, enrich life experience, and exert an innovative spirit to respond to social changes and enhance personal flexibility and adaptability."
