Taking students' life experience as the starting point for exploring problems, for example, students' class uniforms accidentally getting coffee, black tea and other life problems as the starting point, through the exploration process of scientific thinking (hypothesis, experiment and verification), hands-on extraction of plants (purple Grass, madder root, yellow gardenia, hematoxylin, safflower) and adding different mordants (iron sulfate, copper sulfate, alum, lime water solution), learn and build up scientific inquiry knowledge, and then gain experience and confidence to design plants by themselves in groups Experiment with dyeing and control different variables (such as different plants, mordants, temperature, time, binding methods, repeated dyeing times, fabrics...) to dye your own beautiful cloth samples. The course is based on the concept of "accompanying students on the path that scientists have taken" to experience the spirit of inquiry and aesthetic literacy that are ubiquitous in life, and to realize young scientists whose kitchen is their laboratory.
