High School Affiliated to the Taipei Municipal Government – Blue and White Chao Jian‧Yong Tea Aftertaste

In view of the implementation of the 108 new curriculum, curriculum development in the art field should be able to collaborate with teachers from different subjects to develop cross-disciplinary aesthetic courses. This course is designed with visual art learning as the main axis, and is planned to be implemented in a ninth-grade class. The course process covers the fields of mathematics, comprehensive fields, and Chinese. It is expected to unite teachers in the school to construct cross-subject and field-oriented practical courses.
The development of this course is based on the core competencies in the art field, emphasizing the integration of art learning with life and culture, breaking away from the study of knowledge and skills alone, and integrating the three core competencies mentioned in the general outline: "autonomous action" and "communication" Interaction" and "social participation".
The course design is based on the theme of "Blue and White Pan-fried Tea - Singing the Aftertaste of Tea". Learners must shape ceramic plates from clay. The geometric structure of the ceramic plates involves using different geometric structures to form three-dimensional cups, and then firing and painting the blue and white porcelain plates to complete the course. Tea drinking cups and porcelain plates are used to introduce tea culture and tea drinking. After tasting different tea types, learners try to create image poems in poetic style.
