Taitung County Dawu Elementary School—Listen, the sea is singing

Through interdisciplinary aesthetic education courses, I traveled south to the coast. It also combines local elements to present diverse creations, connecting the relationship between the ocean, Dawu and South Island culture, and understanding Dawu from different angles and perspectives.

1. Use local ocean characteristics and combine various fields to create aesthetic creations, including writing new ocean poems, producing various ocean-related arts and crafts, and singing English songs on the coast. Through multiple teaching resources and learning models, art courses have more room for development. An artistic stage to achieve every child.
2. Complete marine art works based on marine ecology, environmental education, Paiwan culture and South Island culture. Combined with the blue installation art concept of No. 1314 Nanhui, it incorporates the cultural concept of "home" of the Paiwan people and the image of "going home" by the ocean.
