The tea ceremony class in the school's standard curriculum has been added with music and Hokkien and Hakka chanting. This semester, the study of the original dulcimer instrument has been added to the study of high-pitched ruan. From a single instrument, it has been added with a sound similar to the dulcimer. Instruments can make music more diverse and lively. Moreover, at our school, learning musical instruments and tea ceremony are courses that all students in the school need to learn. From the original tea-making situation, students added elements of music, and added food farming education – the production of tea food, making the course content more diverse and lively. It is hoped that through cross-disciplinary cooperation, the art performance process, Hokkien and Hakka poetry recitation will be added to integrate and deepen the teaching of language, tea art, food, agriculture and art, and increase students' learning effectiveness. Food farming education is an experiential education that emphasizes "hands-on". Learners develop simple skills by personally participating in the complete process of agricultural products from production, processing to cooking. In the process, it also cultivates learners' understanding of food sources, improves food selection abilities, and promotes the development of healthy eating habits. Therefore, tea ceremony culture combined with food and agriculture education can cultivate learners' respect and gratitude for food, producers and the environment, and inspire their life resilience and perseverance, and transform it into an artistic atmosphere in the surroundings of this tea party. The recited poems are combined with the accompaniment of ancient Chinese dulcimer and tenor ruan to create a warm atmosphere. It is hoped that through cross-disciplinary cooperation, the art performance process, Hokkien poetry recitation and Hakka poetry recitation will be combined to integrate and deepen the teaching of language, tea art, food, agriculture and art, and increase students' learning effectiveness. Through the process of joint lesson preparation by school teachers and the hiring of professional tea masters and bakers to conduct teacher training in schools, teachers’ teaching abilities are improved, and cross-field literacy such as music, Chinese language, and food and agriculture education are added to revitalize the original tea ceremony teaching.
