The teaching field is the community near the school. From teaching the historical development of Chiayi City to introducing historical and cultural attractions in neighboring communities, combined with the color perception unit of visual arts, the students explore and think about community colors. We plan community visits during holidays, allowing students to independently explore the memories of the alleys in the community, and use technology to record, query and compile visit data to draw out the historical context of the local community and observe the historical colors of the visited areas. The cross-domain collaboration process between the social field and visual arts brings students different viewing angles and thinking aspects, prompting students to have a diverse sense of this land and touch deeper emotions.
