Yuanchong Elementary School is located next to the Alishan Forest Railway and once had a Bay Bridge station near the school playground. It enjoys a convenient location to learn about the culture of the Alishan Forest Railway. Due to the special nature of the Alishan Forest Railway, it has been included in the application for world cultural heritage. It is really worthy for children who grew up in Bayqiao to get to know the treasures around them. I hope that through the implementation of this course, I can understand the present and past Alishan trains and connect the small trains with local emotions. In addition, through the singing of "Die Diu Copper Boy", children have the opportunity to be exposed to early nursery rhymes, understand the background of the era and the connotation of the lyrics, and then like to appreciate and get in touch with Taiwanese songs, and cultivate their aesthetic literacy by using rhythm instruments as accompaniment to the songs.
