The second half of the year (end of October to early November) is the period of various celebrations of Mexico’s famous Day of the Dead. Therefore, the entire semester’s course is mainly constructed around the symbolic concept, constituent materials, origin of the festival, national characteristics, etc. of the Day of the Dead. A full-semester "Day of the Dead" themed course is launched. The course design hopes that by experiencing Day of the Dead activities, using Spanish language, understanding Mexican culture and life, and understanding the core values of the Mexican ethnic spirit, students who are indifferent to the external environment and have no motivation to understand the international world can step out into the "universal world". The first step is to deeply appreciate foreign cultures from an inclusive perspective.
