Pingtung County Hengchun Junior High School—Lishan Adventure Treasure

This course plan "Satoyama Adventure Treasures" is developed based on the concept of issue-based courses. It uses the relationship between the art field, social culture, environmental ecology, etc. to develop multi-cultural issue courses. "Satoyama" is derived from the Satoyama Initiative, which pursues the vision of symbiosis and harmony between man and nature. "Adventure" refers to the experimental spirit of teachers and students co-creating courses. "Treasure" is a continuation of the 110th academic year curriculum plan "Hengzhong Food Treasure" and is developed based on the local characteristics of the Hengchun Peninsula. Based on art, combined with the local social culture, environmental ecology, we arrange professional lectures, workshops, handicrafts and other various courses, so as to experience the making of rainbow noodles first-hand. As a result, participating teachers and students can step into the source of food agriculture, and students can acquire the core qualities of systematic thinking, communication and interaction, and social participation. Teachers can enhance local identity and teaching expertise through cross-domain integration, and achieve common progress through curriculum cooperation.
