In terms of promoting curriculum development this semester, we have divided it into three major aspects, which combine the three fields of nature, health and sports, and art and humanities.
In the natural field, we tried to create 3 themes, as shown in the above diagram, including plant creation in the herb garden, aesthetic puzzle courses in collaboration with Taichung University of Education, and plant pruners. The teachers for the creation include 2 directors , a teacher at Changhua Arts High School and a school information teacher. These three themes were designed based on the herb garden on campus.
In the field of health and sports, food safety issues and food farming education have also been one of the main axes of our school's development and attention in recent years. In the last phase of cross-field aesthetic development, we reorganized the previously mixed herbs and fruit and vegetable areas. Planning and distribution, this issue invites two colleagues who are interested in promoting food agriculture education to implement the course.
In the art and humanities section, with the art intensive program, we borrow the artist's ceramic expertise and the school's art teachers' aluminum wire weaving and bead design expertise to lead the children in the first stage to create unique pots with creative pottery + aluminum wire weaving + bead decoration shape; then think about how to place this creative design in the campus to maximize its effectiveness, so that children's creations can be integrated into the campus context, so that the campus can be creative everywhere and have a sense of beauty everywhere you look.
