Hengchun Industry and Commerce—Aesthetic Hengchun Business—Taste‧Reading‧Interest

"Essence of Beauty - Taste, Day Reading, and Fun" is a compulsory 2-credit course in technical high schools that takes art as a subject. It combines the school's diverse elective courses, school activities, professional group subjects and other characteristics, and collaborates with cross-field teachers and community resources to plan.
Taste constant business:
With students as the main body, the main focus is on how the skills learned in the professional group subjects can be used on campus. Teachers in the arts and literature field provide platforms or lesson plans to give students the opportunity to show off their skills. For example, this semester, we plan a series of courses on aesthetic dining tables. Integrated health care department food selection, tourism department folding cloth, ceramic tableware and plate making. Each group designs a table theme presentation and decoration, and invites teachers to comment on the final results exhibition.
Day study in Hengchun:
This semester's inspection area covers the Jiadong and Donggang areas of Pingtung District. The design concept of the lesson plan activities is to introduce community arts and cultural resources to activate the campus, and then the students who participate in the activity training are invested in community support. Through the host teachers and the community, they combine ideas, discussions and matchmaking to supplement the rich content of the club courses other than the formal courses, and to Students create activity-based experiences together.
