The "fragrance tablets" made by processing jasmine flowers and tea together had a high unit price and were welcomed by the export market. This semester starts from the fragrant flower industry in Fuzhou during the Japanese colonial period, understanding the changes in the industry and sorting out the historical development and context of Taiwanese tea. Through adventure activities, you can actually visit historical sites and deepen the development of industries, settlements and transportation in Fuzhou. The students inserted the jasmine seedlings from the Fuzhou Ancient House into the rural campus of Daguan Elementary School, symbolizing the continuation of the historical significance of jasmine. Through group discussions and practical sharing, you can then implement it into your own life to learn to design your own tea party.
