Tainan City Jiali Junior High School─Rhythm Code Hi Yishu

Presentation of the works of the first semester of seventh grade - the course begins to establish students' aesthetic foundation and breaks the boundaries between subjects. Using geometric figures in mathematics class, students start to make tangrams, allowing students to experiment with rich shapes and use them in art classes. There are beautiful images among them. In the music class, the concept of the square grid in the mathematics class is continued, allowing students to understand the composition of each trial beat, and combine the feelings of rhythm to form a picture with black, gray, and white, and complete the "Rhythm Code-Dance Number" course last semester.

[Mathematics] The concept of tangram extends all the way to the concept of three-dimensional figures and is combined with the geometric three-dimensional ball of biology.
[Art] From the black, white and gray plane, it extends to space and composition, producing moving images - stop-motion animation. In addition, it combines the geometric three-dimensional ball system with life technology.
[Music] starts from rhythm creation with ocean declaration, and extends to the concept of designing advertising music JINGLE. It combines information technology with art themes & backgrounds and stop-motion animation, and finally presents the work in the form of QR CODE.
[Physics and Chemistry] uses the introduction of wave and sound in the course to understand the wave characteristics of music sound. Then we borrowed the crab designed by the school's robotics club (the frequency of object vibration and the frequency of sound waves) to generate amplitude, and the players beat it with the rhythm of the music to present it.
[Ocean] Jiali is a small town close to the sea. The local specialty is milkfish. This semester, in order to encourage students to eat more fish, the school specially held a "My Best Fish Eating Competition". In addition to enhancing children's awareness of eating fish, we also hope that children can understand the benefits of eating fish. The ocean issue has always been a hot topic in recent years. Through this course design, children can also understand basic knowledge such as traffic lights of fish species, combined with the concept of mathematical tangram, and use the beauty of art to spell out the children's thoughts. The theme comes from.

Art can sometimes be seen but not touched, and can be touched but not heard. It is not as rational and pragmatic as science. The pragmatism and precision of mathematics and science sometimes lack the artistic beauty in it. Therefore, the series of courses designed this time are actually complementary to each other, so that students participating in them can quickly understand the mysteries and connections. This time, the team has carefully built the results into an exhibition venue for all teachers and students of the school to participate together and understand and experience the beauty and art of each subject.
