"Becoming a person with a story" is what I most want to practice in the course after long-term preparation.
In this process, we found that in addition to the observation, thinking, questioning, refinement, interpersonal interaction, and expression of influence that we have taught in the past, we also hope to increase imagination, creativity, transformation, and practicality through aesthetic awakening in the course, returning the ability to the individual. We hope that students can open their imagination of "good life" during this period, especially in the course, try their best to practice A1 physical and mental quality and self-improvement in the syllabus, and think about the possibility of managing better interpersonal cooperation through the practice of storytelling.
Rather than teaching a lot of skills, we focus more on what the students already know and are good at. In the first half of the course, we use storytelling to express the students on stage, helping them find the forms of expression they like and are good at, and by appreciating each other, we achieve the goal of increasing the power of the story. In the second half of the course, students will participate in the design of a cultural and creative product in the form of a proposal. Through design thinking, they will create connections and empathy with others, and turn their own creative experiences into stories and write proposal reports. This will allow students to experience the various possibilities of story transformation, which they can then experience and pursue on their own in the future.
"There are no standard answers in life", so we can have a diverse and inclusive perspective. Stories are the basis of aesthetic expression, and we want to lead students to explore the various possibilities of creating stories through our respective strengths. The petri dish is a process of incubation and growth. We hope that students in this class will have the ability to explore themselves, and give themselves and others strength and imagination by optimizing expression, so as to create their own influence.
